Ross “Rah” Hardin is a dedicated martial artist and father with a passion for mentoring youth through movement and discipline. Before beginning his martial arts journey in 2009, Ross spent years as a breakdancer—developing body awareness and creativity that continue to influence his teaching style today.
He earned his Brown Belt in 2022 under Esteem Jiu-Jitsu and has been training for over 15 years. Over the years, Ross has served as a coach, program director, and mentor, helping students of all ages discover the mental and physical benefits of Jiu-Jitsu. His classes focus on technical development, confidence, and personal growth, fostering a welcoming environment where every student can thrive.
Ross’s approach combines structure with creativity—balancing solid fundamentals with an emphasis on adaptability and problem-solving. His commitment to building a family-oriented, community-driven academy is at the heart of Rolling Oak’s mission.
