Coach Ross “Rah” Hardin
Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu Instructor – Rolling Oak Jiu-Jitsu Academy
Ross “Rah” Hardin is a dedicated martial artist and father with a passion for mentoring kids through movement and discipline. Before beginning his martial arts journey in 2009, he spent years as a breakdancer, developing body awareness and creativity that continue to shape his dynamic teaching style.
A Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (earned in 2022) and holder of Blue Gloves in Savate Kickboxing, Ross brings a diverse foundation to his coaching. While he previously assisted in both Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing fundamentals, he now focuses exclusively on Rolling Oak’s youth Jiu-Jitsu program, where he helps young students build confidence, coordination, and focus in a supportive and positive environment.
Ross is known for his patience, attention to detail, and ability to connect with students—instilling not just technique, but the values of respect, perseverance, and teamwork both on and off the mats.
