Brenton has been practicing Judo for 19 years and earned his black belt in 2018. In his early years, he actively competed in Judo, gaining valuable experience and honing his skills on the mat. Over time, his focus shifted towards teaching, and he embraced the role of Sensei, sharing his knowledge and passion for the art.
To challenge himself further and improve his physical fitness, Brenton began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2019. As he progressed in Jiu-Jitsu, he noticed a growing interest among his peers in learning Judo techniques to enhance his stand-up game. Recognizing this demand, and with the support of the coaches, he introduced a dedicated Judo class tailored to complement Jiu-Jitsu training. This opportunity has allowed him to merge his expertise in Judo with his evolving journey in Jiu-Jitsu, creating a unique learning experience for students.
